Qi Gong Training is about the art of perfecting ones Qi – is an ancient Chinese method of combining gentle exercises, meditation and breathing techniques. These techniques bring about physical, psychological and spiritual health and well-being.

The concepts and ideas of Qi Gong are still relatively unknown in the West. It has been practised largely by closed orders in China for thousands of years. Learning Qi Gong offers an opportunity to those willing to practise conscientiously to enjoy better health and increased energy. Qi Gong’s increasing use in recent years in China is producing remarkable results in improved healthcare.

Qi Gong Training combines the use of breathwork with physical movements, creative visualisation and perceptual intention. The goal is to purge toxic emotions from within the body’s tissues, eliminate energetic stagnation, as well as strengthen and balance the internal organs and energetic fields.
