About Us: Chinese Medicine is no longer a strange name and concept for western people. Particularly in 2015 when the Nobel Prize for Medicine was awarded to a Chinese Doctor for her work on a Chinese Herb.

For the last thirty years I have been working and teaching Chinese medicine in the UK and all over the Europe. I have come to realize how much people here appreciate being able to find and see a good Chinese doctor and to learn about Chinese medicine.

From the underlying wisdom of its philosophy to the vast clinical skills and experience of a real Chinese medicine clinic.

That is why over 20 years ago I decided to set up the Asante Academy.

About Us:

“Asante” is from the French word “Sante”, which means good health. Gaining good health is the core of our business and mission.

I founded the Academy for people who wanted to gain true health. Especially through our authentic natural treatments such as herbal medicine and acupuncture.

I wanted also for the Academy to be a place where people could learn about the ancient knowledge and wisdom of Chinese Medicine.

It is now over 20 years since we were founded!

I am proud to say that we have gained a reputation as one of the leading Chinese Medicine clinics and teaching institutes in the UK and Europe.

One CEO from a leading Acupuncture register commented that we were the best in the country.

About Us:

One doctor gave up his medical job in a European country to come and study Chinese medicine at Middlesex University (our partner) – he said simply it was because of Asante.

Our patients, from royalty and celebrities to hard working people all over the world, have praised us highly for successfully treating their wide-ranging conditions.

These include infertility, skin problems, pain and many others. We are also very pleased to have pioneered an Acupuncture service in the NHS. For over a decade we have seen tens of thousands of NHS patients in hospitals.

We know that what we have achieved is only the first step. There is a long road ahead of us, and many challenges await.

We are confident and fully committed to our aim of promoting Chinese medicine to the world. To ensure that it is not only the Chinese that benefit from this ancient wisdom.
