Traditional Chinese Medicine Week invited doctors from the Asante Academy of Chinese Medicine to give talks on TCM. This was the first exhibition in the UK to promote co-operation in the field of Chinese Medicine.

Particular empahsis was placed on the creation of strong links within the research community as well as between practitioners.
