Kiwifruit

Kiwifruit is sweet and cold, but slightly sour in nature. Kiwifruit decreases cholesterol levels and is beneficial for hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension and other cardiovascular disease. Kiwi fruit can be quite good for energy levels, especially if eaten in the morning at breakfast. Chinese people call Kiwis “fruit ginseng” and they are very high in antioxidants.
