Eggs

Eggs are sweet and moderate in nature. Eggs are beneficial for the blood and calming the mind. Eggs are also suitable for insomnia, and dry or white phlegm cough. The yolk is rich in cholesterol; therefore patients suffering from hyperlipidemia should try to just eat the white. Eggs are very good nutrtion for children and for pregnant women. Its best not fry your eggs or burn them because this causes fire in the body and can cause expansion of infection and inflammation and overtaxes the digestive system.
